Our Terms, in Plain Language
Effective November 1, 2026. These terms cover our text messages and your use of this website. They apply to Neff's Repair PKB, LLC, doing business as Neff's Automotive Repair Center Parkersburg.
Text Message Program
Program name: Neff's Automotive Repair Center Parkersburg Text Messages.
What we send. Texts about your service only: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates and repair approvals, vehicle status updates, payment links, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts.
How you opt in. You give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, at the counter, over the phone, or through our online scheduler or estimate form. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of service.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your service. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting you. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out. You can also tell us at the counter or call (304) 699-3636. To start again, reply START.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, call (304) 699-3636, or email [email protected].
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Appointments & Estimates
Booking online or requesting an estimate through this website is a request. We'll confirm your appointment with you. Estimates given before we see your vehicle are a starting point, and final pricing depends on inspection. Repairs, warranties, payments, and vehicle storage are covered by our Shop Policies.
Using This Website
We work to keep the information on this site accurate, including prices, hours, and services. It can change without notice, and the site is provided as is. If something here doesn't match what we tell you at the shop, what we tell you at the shop is correct. Please don't misuse this site, its forms, or our text line.
