How We Handle Your Information

What We Collect

Information you send us. When you book an appointment or request an estimate, you provide your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, and a description of the work you need. We use it to schedule your appointment, prepare your estimate, communicate with you about your vehicle, and keep your service history.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps) for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Text Messages

We text customers about their service: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates and repair approvals, vehicle status updates, payment links, and replies to your questions. We only text you if you give us your mobile number and ask us to, whether at the counter, over the phone, or through our online scheduler or estimate form. Agreeing to texts is never required to get service.

Your mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who Else Is Involved

• Shopmonkey — our shop management system. Our online scheduler and estimate request form are provided by Shopmonkey, Inc., and the information you enter is stored there and handled under Shopmonkey's privacy policy.
• RingCentral — our phone and text messaging provider. It carries our calls and texts so we can reach you; it does not use your number for its own marketing.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides security and performance services.
• Google — provides the embedded map and the fonts used on this site. Google may collect standard technical information when those load.
• Payment and financing partners — when you pay by card, use a text-message payment link, or apply for financing (Synchrony, Snap Finance, Affirm, or Sunbit), your information is handled by that partner under its own policies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except as needed to provide service to you, to comply with the law, or with your permission. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, as stated above.

Your Choices & Contact

You may ask us to correct or delete the contact information we hold for you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. This site is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
