Both forms feed directly into our shop system, which is the fastest way to get on the schedule. Prefer to talk? Call (304) 699-3636 Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Appointments are generally required, though we can sometimes accommodate same-day visits.

Appointment deposits. Most appointments require a $50 deposit to hold your time, applied to your final bill. Oil changes, tire rotations, and fleet accounts are exempt. After you book online, we'll text you a secure payment link; the deposit is due within 48 hours or the appointment is released. Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and your deposit moves with you. Full policy →
