Neff's Automotive Repair Center started in New Martinsville in 2020, opened during the pandemic and built one honest repair at a time. Within a few years it had earned a 4.7-star Google rating and more Google reviews than any other shop within 25 miles.
Parkersburg is the next chapter: a stand-alone, full-service shop with its own team, owned and operated by the same family and held to the same standard — a written estimate before any work starts, book-time labor, and the problem shown to you on your own vehicle.

We're hiring an experienced automotive technician for Parkersburg: someone who can diagnose it, fix it right, and take pride in the work.
What We Offer
- $18–$26 per hour, based on experience, ability, and certifications
- Per-job bonus on top of your hourly pay
- Paid major holidays
- A bank of paid days off that is yours to use however you need: sick, vacation, your kid's game, or you just need a day. No excuses, no doctor's notes. Just let us know.
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No weekends.
What We Need
- Real shop experience; this is not an entry-level position
- Solid diagnostic and repair skills
- Certifications are a plus and are reflected in your pay
